To respond to unprecedented changes in consumer demand, retailers and suppliers are prioritising rapid, regular, and data-driven changes to their assortments and in-store merchandising displays. There is no doubt that the coronavirus outbreak is changing the way consumers think and therefore this is changing how shoppers shop.
They are looking to buy items which they were not before, and they want to be able to find what they are looking for quickly and easily. Communicating changes to assortments and product space plans is best done with accurate data-driven planograms. This is why efficient category management is more important now than it was before.
We are able to rapidly deploy the talented people, software, and processes needed to implement every aspect of data-driven assortment optimisation, planogramming, floor planning and BI reporting. Every component of our solution can be delivered remotely. If you already have teams available, we can help you up-skill and equip these valuable resources in record time.
During this unprecedented time, retailers, suppliers and professional service firms are under enormous pressure to quickly adapt to remote work models wherever possible. Activ8, our team management software, will help you to drive transparency, accountability and structured management across your teams and business when transitioning to the remote work model.

All of our consultants who were based at customer sites on a part-time or full-time basis will fully cooperate with any official COVID-19 response strategies that your business decides to put into place. We will provide any necessary support and will not impose our response strategies on your business without good reason and proper consultation. As an added preventative measure, and in line with global response trends, we encourage non-essential on-site customer visits by Operations Managers and roving Account Managers to be replaced by online meetings. These meetings should rather take place via Google Hangouts, Zoom or any similar tool where practically possible.
We have put detailed plans and policies in place to ensure that all of our consultants are equipped and prepared to continue delivering quality services to you so that you have one less thing to worry about. All of our staff working from home have quality internet connectivity, which helps them to maintain high levels of productivity and communication.
We also want to support DotActiv staff who are parents but do not have sufficient backup support systems available to help take care of children while schools remain closed. We also ask for your support in allowing parents in this situation to work from home.
