We have embraced the principles of social distancing and remote work. The good news about the products and services we offer is that we can deliver them remotely and even more conveniently than before.
All of our consultants who were based at customer sites on a part-time or full-time basis will fully cooperate with any official COVID-19 response strategies that your business decides to put into place. We will provide any necessary support and will not impose our response strategies on your business without good reason and proper consultation. As an added preventative measure, and in line with global response trends, we encourage non-essential on-site customer visits by Operations Managers and roving Account Managers to be replaced by online meetings. These meetings should rather take place via Google Hangouts, Zoom or any similar tool where practically possible.
We have put detailed plans and policies in place to ensure that all of our consultants are equipped and prepared to continue delivering quality services to you so that you have one less thing to worry about. All of our staff working from home have quality internet connectivity, which helps them to maintain high levels of productivity and communication.
We also want to support DotActiv staff who are parents but do not have sufficient backup support systems available to help take care of children while schools remain closed. We also ask for your support in allowing parents in this situation to work from home.
