DotActiv Customer Referral Program

There is power in relationships. If you are a customer, consultant or retail professional, then we invite you to take advantage of your relationships and our customer referral program. When you refer a contact to us, we will do everything in our power to add value to your relationship with the contact, and when they become a customer, we will pay you 20% commission on the first year's value of the deal.

Please note that we will make every effort to be transparent with you throughout the process. You will be CC'd in on emails and invited to join the meetings as the case may be.

For a referral to be valid it needs to comply with the following:

  1. The contact should be expecting to hear from DotActiv regarding one of our software solutions.
  2. The contact cannot be an existing customer or lead within our database.
  3. Due to the nature of our products, it is important that you be comfortable with one of our experts being in direct contact with the potential customer.

Once you submit your referral our sales team will do the following:

  1. Make contact with you to get as much context about the referral as possible. We want to add to your relationship with the contact - not take from it.
  2. Reach out to your contact and keep you informed throughout the process.
  3. Get a better understanding of the potential customer's goals and challenges.
  4. Provide the potential customer with expert advice, product demonstrations and if appropriate a formal proposal. You will be notified regarding the value of the formal proposal.
  5. If your contact signs up as a customer, we will pay you 20% of the first year's value.
