This team believes that supporting the people of the company is essential and therefore aims to foster a safe and productive work environment, where the employees and organisation are equipped to maximise its potential.
This team’s mission is to ensure that the right resources and systems are in place to optimise the organisation’s productivity, performance, engagement, employee satisfaction, innovation and sustainability.

This team can be described as “go-getters” who are “caring,” “fun” and “supportive.”
While the rest of the company refers to them as simply “HR”, they like to refer to themselves as the “People Solutions team.”
The Finance team’s objective is to allocate and monitor income, expenses and assets as set out by company policy and the budget for the year/period. The finance team also ensures that good financial governance is being adhered to throughout the company.
The mission of the Finance Department is to provide timely, accurate, clear and complete information to all the stakeholders.

Currently being a one-woman show, the finance team has one (but one very important) member. Being the mother of the Dorfling family, this team (member) is, without a doubt, the glue that holds the DotActiv Family together.
