The support team’s main objective is to do exactly as the name states: support the client at hand. This team takes a proactive approach in problem-solving by addressing possible problems before they even arise. This is done through extensive software and app testing, with ultimately one purpose at hand: to serve the customer in the best way possible.
The mission of the customer success team is to make sure that each and every client can use the software that DotActiv provides without any issue. In the case where a client might encounter a problem, the team will be there to help the client get back to working on the software with minimum delay.

The main objective of the C# development team is to constantly strive towards creating software that is easy to use while at the same time solving simple and complex problems experienced by individuals or businesses. The team aims to deliver solutions that simplify daily work and become essential to the efficiency of the business.
