Kyle A Dorfling

Chief Executive Officer

Kyle is responsible for leading the board and our management team by setting and overseeing the overall strategy of the business. He is known for his deep passion for servant leadership and lifelong learning.

Kyle was appointed as Acting CEO in 2021, at this point he assumed the full powers and responsibilities which come with the role of CEO. After leading the company through three consecutive years of strong growth Kyle's appointment as CEO was made permanent in November 2023.

He also ensures that our team is working together cohesively and that we are equipped, enabled and emboldened to run the daily operations of the business while implementing our strategies to a high-quality standard.

Kyle's professional mantra is that good leaders lead with excellence ... but truly great leaders replicate themselves by mentoring and developing more leaders.

On a personal note, Kyle loves spending quality time with his 5-year-old son, Troy. He also has a passion for health and fitness, lifelong learning and spending quality time with family and friends.
