DotActiv follows an output-based pricing model because it focuses on the job that needs to be done from the client's perspective.

This approach reduces the client's stress and increases their perceived value of the service. It also ensures that the work remains in scope, delivering work that DotActiv is fully skilled, equipped, and capable of doing. This model also operates on a "use it or lose it" basis, ensuring clear deliverables for both DotActiv and the client.
CAN I CHOOSE TO ONLY BUY CATEGORY PLANNING OR FLOOR PLANNING SERVICES? Yes, clients can choose to buy either category planning or floor planning services. However, it's important to note that these services are not just individual components but part of a holistic package that includes operations, management, account management, necessary resources, infrastructure, and support.
HOW DO I DECIDE BETWEEN PURCHASING A SOFTWARE SOLUTION OR SERVICES? ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

There are no hidden costs associated with the agreed scope of services. However, if clients have out-of-scope requests, that generates an out-of-scope cost. If the requirements stay in scope, then the cost stays in scope.

There is a minimum initialization fee of R150,000 or three times the monthly retainer amount, whichever is bigger, which is payable within seven days of signing the contract.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

If you purchase software, you can cancel at any time and still use the software until the end of your license period. 

If you want to cancel services, contact your DotActiv Operations Manager one month before the expected cancellation date so we can ensure everything is in order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE SOFTWARE AND BEGIN USING IT?

For DotActiv Lite, as soon as the client returns the signed proposals, we immediately provision the licenses. We then send the client a link to download the software and their license key. This allows them to access and start using the software immediately.

For DotActiv Professional and DotActiv Enterprise, the process is slightly different due to the need for database integration. While we can still provide immediate access to the software and the license key, the database integration process typically takes about a month. This means that while clients can start exploring the software right away, full functionality will be available after the integration process is complete.
