Client Brief

We start by meeting with you to determine the brief for the planogram rollout of a single category. For your convenience, this meeting is held through your preferred video conferencing tool.

A range of basic information must be confirmed, for example, the category role, merchandising principles, high-level needs, category tactics, consumer decision tree, fixture measurements and so on.


Preliminary Plan

The next step is to meet to present the provisional planogram which contains the suggested product space allocations and product flows. For your convenience, this meeting is held through your preferred video conferencing tool.

The provisional planogram is based on the data analysis results and the information gathered during the initial client brief. This meeting is used to critically analyse, confirm and make final changes.


Planogram Delivery and Presentation

Next, your DotActiv space planner will present the final output for approval. For your convenience, this meeting is held through your preferred video conferencing tool.

The planogram delivery includes the implementable and completed planogram and a comprehensive slide pack which details the category overview, role, highlights, reports and all other supporting rationales for why the planogram is presented as is.


Result and Refinement

The final step is a post-implementation review and case study. During this session, we outline the results of the implementation and determine what can be improved for the next rollout.
