Create a virtual carbon copy (realogram) and connect it to your sales data so we can do an in-depth analysis. We require a photograph of how you currently merchandise the category in-store. These photos (two shelves per photo) enable us to uncover product space allocation and positioning opportunities.
Retail is detail, so we need product information, including product descriptions, category, subcategory, barcode, dimensions and sales history for the category and store. We also need fixture information, including fixture measurements and configurations. We use this information to build data-driven product layouts.
You must be willing to take part in three consultations of an hour each. We'll use the time to present analysis, confirm product flows and merchandising principles and share and confirm any sales tactics for your category. Finally, we also need to deliver the final output to you for your approval.
